Miel monofloral clair aux arômes parfumés caractéristiques des coteaux du Jura. Il est récolté en juin. Sa cristallisation intervient au cours de l’automne. Son léger goût mentholé apporte une note très particulière et une fraîcheur en bouche appréciée.
